Process-painting, or any other form of process-based expressive art, is about being where you are in the present moment, feeling what you feel, trusting your intuition and staying open. We playfully ask ourselves, “if anything could happen, what wants to happen next?” Be ready for spontaneous self-expression, wonder and delight. You might surprise yourself! Your Guide
Heather Bleasdell MA is a passionate artist, mother, writer, intuitive consultant & teacher living in Petaluma, CA. She has been teaching creativity and intuitive development through the expressive arts since 1999. She opened the Petaluma Art House in 2009.
